Maria has over 15 years of industry experience – including eight years as a broker, over three years as a credit assessor and four years as a broker support officer. Fluent in Italian and several Slavic languages, she communicates across language and cultural barriers.

Maria’s in-depth product knowledge and vast array of partner resources enable her to provide you with the most well-informed and complete finance experience – from the pre-approval process right through to settlement and beyond. Her prior experience in the real estate industry has given her the skills needed to best help buyers, vendors and real estate agents. Her involvement and negotiation with real estate agents coupled with her knowledge of buying and selling homes, and daily involvement in the process from start to finish, ensures that she can give you that added service and industry knowledge.

Maria takes great pride in cultivating positive relationships with her clients and having them leave feeling that they’ve been well informed and satisfied with the outcome of their loan. She also encourages her clients to get to know her team members, their respective roles and at what stage they will be working with them. Maria believes this philosophy helps to make the loan process as smooth as possible.

Maria is the recipient of numerous industry awards and accreditations, including the Platinum Customer Satisfaction and her office was named as a finalist for the 2020 Customer Service of the Year by the Australian Broking Awards and the Mortgage Protection Insurance Broker of the Year in the 2019 Australian Mortgage Awards.

Linda is there for you from lodgment to settlement to make sure the application process runs smoothly and is successful. Linda liaises with agents, solicitors, and lenders to ensure your loan is approved and settlement booked in the appropriate timeframe. You will have contact with Linda throughout the whole process and her mission is to keep you informed every step of the way so you can rest easy while she works on your application.

Sally Rodrigues

Client Relationship Officer

Sally will work on your file from from lodgment to settlement and ensure the process runs smoothly. She liaises with agents, solicitors, and lenders to ensure your loan is approved and settlement booked in the appropriate timeframe. You will have direct contact with Sally throughout the process and she will keep you informed every step of the way so you can rest easy while she works on your application. Also, once settled, she will continue to keep in touch with regular rate reviews and any other loan variation or maintenance requests.  

Meldy To-Ong

Meldy is your point of contact for any queries post settlement. Her focus is to check up on you and make sure that you are happy with your new loan. She will also touch base with you every now and then post-settlement to make sure your loan is meeting your expectations. She lets you know that you are more than just a loan to us – you are a valued client and we want to ensure you are being looked after, long after you have signed the loan acceptance offer.
